SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Please allow 2 – 3 full business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) for your order to process prior to shipment. Processing times may vary depending on demand, and any exceptions will be clearly stated in the product description.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 2 – 8 business days, but you may choose an expedited shipping option at checkout for faster delivery.
We do not guarantee delivery dates or times. Carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information may impact arrival times.
We are not liable for shipping delays or lost packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact USPS at www.usps.com or call 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim.
If a package is marked "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for stolen or misdelivered packages.
We cannot replace items once a tracking number is provided.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where a mistake was made on our end.
Ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are FINAL. We do not offer exchanges or returns, so please read product descriptions thoroughly before placing your order.
We strongly encourage customers to review product details and photos carefully to avoid misunderstandings.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
We cannot assist with issues after 7 days or if the item has been worn, used, or washed.
Customers must provide clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item before we can proceed with a resolution.
Depending on availability and the nature of the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or minor craftsmanship variations.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us immediately—preferably within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once an order is processed (usually within 1 – 4 hours), we are unable to make any changes.
Refunds for canceled orders will be issued only if the cancellation request is made within our processing window. A $2.00 RESTOCKING fee will be charged when refund is issued.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before a sale or coupon promotion.
Coupons and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
COLOR DISCLAIMER
All our pieces are handmade, crafted one at a time using natural materials, which means no two items are identical. Small variations in texture, stitching, and shade should not be considered defects.
We strive to capture colors as accurately as possible using natural lighting. However, screen differences may cause slight variations between what you see online and what arrives.
Refunds or returns will not be issued due to color discrepancies unless the item is significantly different from what was advertised.
Please review all product photos carefully before making a purchase.
